A million cut trees 🌳

The wood used according to scholars was still not quite clear until today. It remains a scribal error but the wood identified by the Divine according to the holy book is the Gopher wood. A type of cypress or cedar wood used mainly for building titanic-like ships in the ancient past.

Whether it is gopher wood or another wood not known today, I believe that the wood is capable of holding a Great Flood.  I can describe it like this, waterproof and sturdy, incorruptible tree from the hand of the Divine.

Everyone knows that if a wood is used to sail in the waters for a full solar year without any landings or repairs for minor or major wear and tear won't stand it. Try to get a simple piece of wood and float it in the water for how many days and observe the properties. The wood typically softens and like a sponge absorbs the water. This is what trees are all made of, absorb water inside their roots and hold it there to become its nourishment or its decay.

How come the Divine uses wood to save the animals and mankind? It must be because the Divine passed a specific measurement with a specific type of natural material to put it together called "Pitch". Pitch is probably a resin type of super glue substance similar to our Elmers glue today but which is rich in coal and sulfur compounds. It must have been the outside and inside paint of the gopher wood that made it waterproof so it could withstand the Great Flood. In my own opinion, it is not really to laminate the wood but resin was used to paint or spread across its beams and walls to fortify the wood.

We do not know how it's actually done but we got the specifics that Noah's Ark is indeed really made of wood. Another miracle we have to appreciate from the Divine is to save the remaining mankind and the rest of the animal kingdom.
